Assisting customers with purchasing tickets, general enquiries about the facilities and events ensuring the Box Office provides a professional, customer focused, and welcoming service for all visitors including professional companies, hirers and the public.
The Front of House staff role is fundamental to the smooth operation of our theatre. You will be working as part of a team to ensure all customers have an enjoyable experience before, during and after a performance. Duties include welcoming the audience into the building, ensuring a high quality of customer service, selling food, drink and merchandise and more.

Bar Staff have a wide range of duties from preparing and serving drinks to engaging with customers and providing product recommendations, as well as keeping the bar area clean and well-stocked.

A key role to ensure the smooth operation of the theatre’s performances and you will be involved in the get-ins, fit-ups and get-outs of theatre productions and events. You will work as part of a team to ensure the smooth running of the stage, sound and lighting equipment as per requirements whilst maintaining a safe working environment.
Providing an efficient and seamless administration service to managers, staff and customers in a busy theatre. Dealing with a wide variety of people to support the venue to achieve its objectives and ensure the facility delivers excellent customer service.
